Nanda Costa (full name is Fernanda Costa Cotote Campos) is a popular Brazilian Actress, Singer, and songwriter. She has gained the most popularity by playing the role of protagonist Morena in Salve Jorge. Nanda also had success with Sandra Helena, a con artist in Pega Pega, among other characters. In the movie theaters, she starred in Sonhos Roubados with actress Jessica.

Early Life
Fernanda Costa Cotote Campos was born on 24 September 1986 in Paraty, a city located in the extreme south of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her father’s name is not known, and her mother’s name is Patricia Campos. Her mother was 16 years old when Nanda was born. When Nanda was one year old, her father separated from their family and never returned. Thus, Nanda Costa grew up with her mother and maternal grandparents. In an interview, she said that his grandfather, Jose Campos who died in 2009. However, Campos treated her like a father, and Nanda supported her career and personal life choices.
She then left home to study and work in Sao Paulo when she was just 14 years old. Nanda lived there with her great aunt! But a year later, when she was 15 years old, her aging aunt died suddenly, and then she was very broken. After the death of her aunt, she had two options: to return to Paraty or to face a new life in Sao Paulo. Knowing the difficulty of living alone in the largest city in the country, Nanda decided to stay in the city. Nanda Costa made her television debut in 2006 with “Snakes & Lizards.” She started her film career in 2008 by starring in “$ex with Love.” In 2008, ”Bezerra de Menezes” and ”Carmo.” Dolores Duran portrayed Dolores Duran in Por Toda a Minha Vida. Her performance earned her three nominations for best actress.
She has also been in ”soap operas” ”Viver a Vida” (2009) & ”Cordel Encantado” (2011). Her appearances in the plays A ”Republica em Laguna” (2011) and the series O Pai, O Amor em 4 Atos & Clandestinos –O Sonho Comecado are other notable credits. The Best Actress award from the Paulinia Film Festival went to the actress Mouse Fever.
